Directions

1. Fully charge the massager with the Type-C charging cable before first use.
2. Place your hand into the massager and position your fingers and palm comfortably.
3. Select the desired massage mode, intensity level, heat setting, and timer.
4. Press the power/start button to begin.
5. Use for 10–20 minutes per session, depending on your comfort level.
6. Do not use the heat function for more than 15 minutes continuously.
7. After use, turn off the device, unplug it if charging, and store it in a dry place.
